Two Americans gored by bulls in the San Fermin bull running festival


Two Americans and a Spaniard were gored and many more needed treatment at the hospital for injures received during the frantic and crowded bull San Fermin festival in Pamplona, Spain. run of thrill-seekers. several other people were injured Saturday during the second running of the bulls at this year's San Fermin festival in the northern Spanish city of Pamplona, officials said.
According to information, one of the seriously injured was a 22-year-old American while the other was another American, a 35-year-old whose condition is said to be stable.

All the bulls belonged to the same ranch which has the reputation of being unpredictable. The bulls covered the distance of 850-meter over the cobbled-street in just over four minutes. The average time normally taken is three minutes and it took one minute more because one bull had broken away from the rest and turned around.
The festival is a nine-day fiesta and attracts tens of thousands of partygoers from Spain and abroad.
